Elio Altare’s winery in La Morra

Pleasing Elio and his family was a great honor. When we embarked on the adventure of renovating his cellar, he confided he had been wanting to renovate his cellar for a long time. Towards the end, he thanked me, but I assure you his satisfaction was my biggest gratification!
